Job summary

Randstad CPE is recruiting for a Manufacturing Technician - Night Shift (Cleanroom Assembly) in the UK. The role operates on a 4-on/4-off pattern (18:00–06:00), with 40.25 hours per week in a cGMP cleanroom assembling, inspecting and packaging single-use medical devices using hand tools and drawings.

You will follow SOPs, record cGMP data, and maintain strict cleanroom and 5S standards while working in a high-precision environment.

Qualifications

• Night shift readiness for 12-hour nights (18:00–06:00) in a production setting.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive assembly tasks.
• Strong manual dexterity and basic maths for measurement and assembly.
• Experience in manufacturing/assembly, preferably in cleanroom or cGMP environments.

Responsibilities

• Assemble medical components inside a cleanroom following SOPs and assembly drawings.
• Use hand tools to set up and kit raw materials on defined production lines.
• Perform ongoing quality inspections on finished goods against specifications.
• Record cGMP data accurately in batch production records.
• Adhere to cleanroom protocols, gowning procedures, and 5S standards.
