Randstad Employment Bureau is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Technician for night shifts in Witney. The role focuses on operating automated equipment, tracking batch records, and maintaining strict EHS standards to ensure high-quality healthcare devices.

This on-site position offers a 4-on, 4-off night schedule (7 PM–7 AM) with onsite amenities and career stability with a global employer.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment is essential.
• Prior work within a regulated industry (such as Pharma, Food, or MedTech) is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to follow sequential processes.
• Previous cleanroom experience is preferred.
• Digital literacy and ability to learn new software interfaces for data management.
• Proactive problem-solving and collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor automated equipment to ensure peak performance and line efficiency.
• Meticulously track batch records and inventory using specialised digital software to maintain data integrity.
• Act as a first responder for technical issues, performing minor diagnostics and collaborating with engineering teams for complex repairs.
• Uphold rigorous quality, safety, and environmental (EHS) standards within a clean, organised workspace.
