Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with warehouse management teams to meet staffing needs.
• Greet and check in temporary workers at shift start; arrange replacements if needed.
• Manage inductions and deployment of temporary warehouse staff.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and conduct; support reviews.
• Maintain records and provide KPI reports and updates to the branch and client.
• Handle operational challenges with a solution-driven mindset.
