Job summary

Quest Employment Ltd. is seeking an experienced Recruitment Account Manager to lead onsite recruitment operations in Derby. You will manage a team of Recruitment Coordinators, build a strong client relationship, and ensure reliable, high-performing temporary staffing.

The role is not desk-based; you will own day-to-day onsite activities, staffing levels, attendance, and performance while adapting to pace and changing priorities to deliver excellence for our client.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading onsite recruitment operations and teams.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to plan staffing, manage attendance and performance.
• Knowledge of KPI reporting and service levels in recruitment.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of onsite Recruitment Coordinators.
• Manage client relationships and staffing requirements on site.
• Oversee daily and forward workforce planning activities.
• Ensure smooth operation of onsite recruitment and replacements.
• Drive onboarding, attendance monitoring and performance improvements.
• Own daily/weekly KPI reporting and data-driven improvements.
• Resolve issues promptly and communicate with client and team.
