Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a Class 1 driver to join our portside team. The role involves trunking and multi‑drop deliveries, ensuring loads are secured and paperwork completed accurately.

You will perform daily vehicle checks, communicate clearly in English, and work a Monday–Friday schedule with nights from 16:00 to 19:00, with overtime after 39 hours. The position offers a basic hourly rate of £15.61 plus a £55 weekly night shift allowance, with company benefits and access to support

Qualifications

• Need to hold a valid C+E driving licence.
• Valid Digi-Tacho and CPC required.
• Experience with Class 1 driving is essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out trunking and multi-drop deliveries in a timely, legal manner.
• Load and secure correct goods, performing daily vehicle checks.
• Obtain signatures and paperwork, maintain customer politeness and reliability.
