Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Portbury is seeking a Class 1 driver to join our UK fleet. You will carry out trunking and multi‑drop deliveries, ensuring loads are secure and paperwork is complete.

This role involves night shifts, 50 hours a week, with time‑and‑a‑half paid after 39 hours and a £55 weekly shift allowance. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid C+E driving licence with DigiTacho and CPC.
• Previous Class 1 driving experience is required.
• Ability to lift up to 18kg and communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the vehicle is legal and roadworthy with daily checks and report defects.
• Load verification and securement before movement.
• Carry out trunking and multi‑drop deliveries in a timely, compliant manner.
• Obtain customer signatures and paperwork before returning to the depot.
