John Lewis Partnership’s Waitrose & Partners in Kenilworth is seeking a Supermarket Assistant for varied, part-time night shifts (21:00–07:00) with a starting pay of £13.00 per hour, rising to £13.25 after 90 days. The role focuses on stocking, fulfilling online orders, reducing waste, and supporting the shop team to keep the store running smoothly.

You’ll work about 18.5 hours across two nights, with DBS checks possible. Flexible working options are discussed at interview.

• Stock replenishment - ensuring shelves are full and products are in the right place.
• Fulfilling online customer orders ready for drivers to deliver.
• Reducing wastage by following product due diligence and markdowns.
• Working with the wider shop team to support when needed.
• Maintain a safe and tidy working environment.
