Job summary

Waitrose & Partners in Farnham is seeking a Supermarket Assistant to provide partner-led service and food passion. The role offers a night premium of £3.75 per hour for shifts between 22:00 and 06:00 and part-time hours (8 hours per week) with fixed Tuesday 22:00 start and a second shift on Wednesday or Thursday 18:00–22:00.

Permanent contract, 13.00 per hour (£13.25 after 90 days). DBS checks may be required; flexible working options to discuss during interview.

Qualifications

• Essential: Good communication to work with customers and team.
• Desirable: Experience in customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Stock replenishment to keep shelves full and in place.
• Fulfilling online orders for delivery to customers.
• Minimising wastage with due-diligence and sell-by dates.
