Job summary

Marks and Spencer is seeking a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you’ll be at the frontline of a high-demand retailer. You’ll deliver five-star service, help customers, and keep shelves stocked during busy periods.

Shifts run Tue, Wed and Thu 9pm–7am. There is potential for full-time hours in the weeks beginning 13th and 20th December. Applicants must be 18+, ready to work early mornings and across store areas, and committed to a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Able to work nights and weekends.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in the Food section and answer questions.
• Maintain product displays and stock levels throughout shifts.
• Use in-store devices to help shoppers and enhance their experience.
