Shifts include weekend and evening patterns, with an unsocial premium of £3.00 per hour for hours worked between 22:00 and 06:00.

Responsibilities

• Serve, sell, and fill shelves, helping drive growth in sales.
• Utilise Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience.
• Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment and support team colleagues.
• Be flexible to work across various areas of the store to meet changing retail demands.
