Job summary

This role includes Sunday and Wednesday night shifts (22:00–06:00). An unsocial premium applies for hours during these times. You must be 18 or over to comply with safety regulations; full training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or over due to night shift safety requirements.
• Willingness to work night shifts (22:00–06:00) as part of a frontline store team.
• Able to deliver fast, friendly service and handle customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide five-star customer service at pace on the food department frontline.
• Assist customers, answer questions, and keep shelves stocked and tidy.
• Use Sparks and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience.
• Be flexible to work across different store areas as needed.
