Responsibilities

• Schedule engineers from helpdesk work orders and allocate appropriately.
• Liaise with field engineers and stores to meet site requirements and availability.
• Ensure plans adhere to SLAs and KPIs.
• Handle urgent power-cut scenarios and reactive maintenance within defined windows.
