Job summary

Arcus FM Limited is seeking a Refrigeration Technical Remote Support Engineer (Nights) to join the Mobile Delivery team in the U.K. The role focuses on technical triage, remote operations and performance analysis across refrigeration, HVAC, RHICS and M&E disciplines.

Flexibility to work from Redditch or remotely with occasional travel is required. Key duties include handling work orders, adjusting controls remotely, preparing performance reports and supporting cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Refrigeration or City & Guilds equivalent.
• F-Gas Category 1 certification.
• Full UK driving license; occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Technical triage and remote operations to deploy work orders efficiently.
• Adjust refrigeration/HVAC controls remotely to improve efficiency and reduce alarms.
• Produce reports for MER clients and stakeholders; perform trend analysis.
• Contribute to cross-functional remote support across HVAC, RHICS, M&E.
