Job summary

Arcus FM Limited in Redditch is seeking a Senior Multi Skilled Customer Support Coordinator to join us on a permanent basis for NIGHTS. This is a rotating 40-hour week, with every other weekend and staggered days off.

You’ll be the first point of contact for all stores needing our help, taking reactive calls and creating work orders. You’ll chase engineers as required and provide stores with timely updates.

Qualifications

• Experience in call centres or retail environments.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
• Can-do attitude and flexible with shifts.
• Willingness to participate in apprenticeship opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Take reactive calls and create work orders.
• Chase engineers to assign jobs as required.
• Provide stores with timely updates on progress.
• Utilise multiple systems to route tasks efficiently.
