Job summary

Arcus FM is seeking a proactive Refrigeration Technical Remote Support Engineer (Nights) to join our Mobile Delivery team. This role provides critical triage, technical support and improves operational efficiency across client portfolios from Redditch office or home.

Travel to Redditch may be required occasionally. Working nights (Mon-Fri 8pm-6am), you will analyse performance trends, optimise engineering workloads, and help shape a cross-functional support model spanning Refrigeration, HVAC,

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Refrigeration or City & Guilds equivalent.
• F-Gas Category 1 certification.

Responsibilities

• Triage Work Orders across multiple clients and support Planning team.
• Make remote adjustments to refrigeration and HVAC control set points.
• Produce regular performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Support refrigerant management tasks and REFCOM compliance.
• Assist new starters with app access and technical setup.
