Job summary

Marks & Spencer in London is hiring a Customer Assistant for our Food section. This frontline role puts you at the heart of our busy store, delivering five-star service, helping customers, and driving product knowledge.

You will work night shifts (22:00–06:00) across a pattern, use Sparks App and in-store devices, be a team player, flexible across store areas, and respond quickly to customer demand. An unsocial premium of £3.00 p/h applies to hours between 22:00 and 06:00.

Responsibilities

• Provide five-star service to customers in the Food section.

• Be flexible to work across different store areas as demand requires.
• Remain calm and professional during busy periods and drive sales.
