Job summary

Marks & Spencer in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Assistant in our Food section. You’ll be on the frontline, delivering five-star service at pace and helping customers find the products they want.

You’ll be a down-to-earth, resilient brand ambassador who can work across store areas, use Sparks and in-store devices, and stay sharp during busy periods. Nights/weekend shifts are supported by an extra £3 p/h premium.

Responsibilities

• Deliver five-star customer service in a frontline food store under pressure.
• Recommend and sell M&S Food products to customers.
• Utilise Sparks and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience.
