Job summary

Lineage is hiring a driver at Portbury to join a busy logistics team. The role includes trunking and multi-drop deliveries with strict adherence to driving time regulations, loading checks, and securing goods for transit.

You will be paid £15.61 per hour with a £55 weekly night shift allowance; overtime after 39 hours is time-and-a-half. The position offers on-site parking and support for wellbeing.

Qualifications

• C+E driving licence, DigiTacho valid and CPC current.
• Previous Class 1 driving experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 18 kg.
• Clear spoken English with team members.

Responsibilities

• Ensure vehicle is legal and roadworthy; report defects.
• Load checks, secure goods before moving the vehicle.
• Carry out trunking and multi-drop deliveries on schedule.
• Obtain customer signatures and paperwork during deliveries.
