Job summary

Witherslack Group is recruiting night support workers to help vulnerable young people in our Children's Homes. You'll be there through the night to support, build trust and help them feel safe and move towards a positive future.

No prior experience required, but we value a can-do attitude, empathy and resilience, plus a full UK driving licence. We offer a four-week Care Academy induction and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• You don't need experience, but we look for a can-do attitude, honesty and empathy.
• Resilience is essential to support young people through challenging moments.
• A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide night-time support to young people, building rapport and trust.
• Assist with paperwork, cleaning and laundry as needed.
• Respond to crises calmly and follow safeguarding protocols.
