Job summary

Luxury Leisure is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day running of a venue and act as venue manager in the manager's absence. The role requires excellent customer service and experience in a supervisory or management capacity.

You will liaise with Area Management, delegate tasks, drive business at peak times, and handle cash. A flexible shift pattern and night hours with additional pay apply, along with a strong emphasis on meeting KPIs and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years customer service experience.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Area Management to ensure the venue meets KPIs and standards.
• Delegate and support staff in daily tasks.
• Drive business during peak times and tournament days.
• Key holder duties such as opening or closing a venue.
• Promote offers, promotions and events to customers.
• Provide refreshments and snacks to customers and staff.
• Recommend games and machines using training knowledge.
• Handle cash and give customers change as part of daily duties.
