Job summary

Luxury Leisure is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily venue operations and stand in for the Venue Manager when needed. You will oversee staff, manage cash handling, and promote events while maintaining strict compliance with gaming legislation.

The role requires excellent customer service, a minimum of 3 years in customer service and at least 1 year in a supervisory or management capacity. Night shifts are included with premium pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years customer service experience.
• A year in a supervisory or management role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the manager in day-to-day running of the venue.
• Liaise with Area Management to meet KPIs and uphold standards.
• Delegate and support staff in daily tasks.
• Drive business during peak times and tournament days.
• Key holder duties such as opening or closing the venue.
• Promote offers, promotions and events to customers.
