Job summary

Luxury Leisure is seeking an Assistant Manager for one of its venues in the UK. You will support the manager in daily operations and may act as venue manager in their absence, coordinating with area management to uphold high standards.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in customer service and at least 1 year in a supervisory/management role. Responsibilities include KPI oversight, staff delegation, promoting offers, handling cash, and ensuring compliance with ID checks and gambling

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years customer service experience.
• Year in a supervisory or management role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with Area Management to ensure the venue meets KPIs in the absence of the Venue Manager.
• Delegate and support staff in daily tasks.
• Encourage and drive business day to day, including peak times and tournament days.
• Assume key holder duties such as opening or closing a venue.
