Job summary

Luxury Leisure in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day running of a venue and act as venue manager in their absence. You will deliver excellent customer service and manage staff during shifts, with a focus on KPIs and promotions.

The role requires at least 3 years of customer service experience and some supervisory or management exposure; night shifts attract a £1.50 per hour enhancement, and you may be asked to cover 5 of 7 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
• A year in a supervisory or management role is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and people skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Area Management to meet KPIs and uphold standards in the absence of the Venue Manager.
• Delegate and support staff in daily tasks.
• Drive business during peak times and tournament days.
• Key holder duties such as opening or closing a venue.
• Handle cash and provide change as part of daily duties.
