Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Night Care Assistant to work in a Gloucestershire care home. No prior care experience is required as fully funded training is provided to support your growth in a rewarding care role.

You will provide personal care, assist with medication administration, and support residents in daily living activities while building meaningful relationships and offering companionship during night shifts. This maternity-cover position reflects flexible hours and weekend work.

You don’t need previous care experience. What matters most is your kindness and motivation to help others.

• This is a maternity cover position available for 12 months, working 36 hours per week, to include alternate weekends.
• Please note this is a night shift position
