Job summary

Agincare Sedgemoor Care Home in Weston-super-Mare is seeking a caring senior care professional for part-time hours. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred care, support residents with personal care and independence, and safely administer medications.

The role involves leading activities, reviewing care plans, and mentoring team members in a warm home setting. You should have at least 12 months right to work in the UK, Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3), and be a

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK.
• Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3).
• 24 hours per week, including alternate weekends.
• Caring, confident team player with leadership qualities.
• Previous experience in a senior care role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care.

• Administer medication safely and accurately.
• Contribute to and review care plans.
