Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to provide compassionate in-home support. You will assist clients with personal care, daily routines, and companionship, helping maintain independence in their own homes.

Applicants should have at least 12 months of care experience, a full UK driving licence, and be available for 40 hours per week with flexible shifts between 7am and 10pm, including alternating weekends. Sponsorship is not available.

About The Role

What You Will Bring

• Good people skills and the ability to show strong empathy, with a caring and compassionate nature
• A minimum of 12 months' care experience, compassion, and a positive attitude - NVQ level 2 is preferable
• Full UK driving licence
• Availability to work 40 hours per week with flexible shifts between 7am – 10pm and alternating weekends
• A minimum of 12 months on your right to work – we currently cannot offer sponsorship
