Job summary

Agincare is seeking caring individuals in the United Kingdom to join our team as care assistants. You will support people with daily routines, personal care, shopping, cooking, and companionship, in a warm, respectful environment.

No prior care experience is required; we provide fully funded training and career development. Benefits include flexible contracts, up to £14.20 per hour, mileage at 32p per mile, a £500 welcome bonus and referrals up to £1,000.

Qualifications

• Warm, compassionate nature with great people skills.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Flexibility to work alternating weekends.
• A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Support people with daily routines and personal care.
• Help with shopping, meal prep and cooking light meals.
• Provide companionship and friendly conversation.
• Assist with medication as needed.
