Corps Security Ltd. is seeking a Front of House Concierge / Security Officer for a prestigious City law firm, delivering luxury hotel service standards and professional security coverage. You will supervise a team, maintain vigilance, and ensure high levels of client experience and safety across night shifts.

Shifts are nights only on a 5-on, 2-off rotation averaging 56 hours per week. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and adherence to security procedures across all

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and a strong customer focus.
• A valid SIA Front-Line License is essential.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Ability to establish relationships at all levels.
• Able to meet BS7858 vetting standards.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily security team operations and duties.
• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and respond to incidents.
• Lead, motivate, and manage direct reports.
• Monitor staff and contractor activities on site.
• Liaise with emergency services and law enforcement as needed.
• Inspect security equipment and ensure proper functioning.
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports with improvements.
• Ensure cross-department communication on security measures.
• Support KPI attainment and handle ad-hoc duties.
