Job summary

Corps Security is seeking a friendly, customer-service focused Front of House Security Officer to join our on-site team in Greater London. You will deliver professional security operations, handle incidents, and work with site departments to maintain high standards of service.

Requirements include an active SIA Door Supervisor license, excellent communication, and the ability to work 55 hours per week on a Mon-Fri rota from 07:00 to 18:00.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
• A valid SIA Door Supervisor License - essential.
• Confidence and ability to establish and maintain good working relationships at all levels.
• Ability to work to deadlines, multitask and work under pressure.
• Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Excel.
• Able to pass BS7858 vetting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of performance, professionalism and customer service at all times.
• Full compliance with operational instructions and external regulations.
• Report/escalate issues following Chain of Command.
• Produce clear, logical operational reports to required timeframes.
• Be fully conversant with site systems and procedures.
• Support site management in identifying and implementing service improvements.
• Build relationships with internal and external guests to enhance security provision.
• Liaise with supervisors and management on building maintenance and H&S issues.
• Provide immediate response in incidents including medical, fire, evacuations and crisis situations.
