Corps Security is currently recruiting for a Security Supervisor to further enhance the client experience at a prestigious City law firm with luxury hotel service standards. This role demands a professional, courteous approach and a strong commitment to safety, discretion and measurable service levels.

You will lead the day-to-day activities of your team, ensure adherence to duties and Corps Security policies, work nights on a 5 on, 2 off, 5 on, 3 off rotation, averaging 56 hours per week, and

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
• A valid SIA Front-Line License - essential.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships at all levels.
• Able to meet BS7858 vetting standards.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily security team operations, ensuring tasks and assignments are completed.
• Monitor surveillance and respond to incidents efficiently.
• Lead, motivate and evaluate direct reports.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders and liaise with law enforcement.
• Ensure proper functioning of security equipment and maintain reports.
• Contribute to incident investigations and KPI attainment.
• Ad-hoc duties as required.
