Corps Security is seeking a Front of House professional to deliver a professional, customer-focused service across reception and access control. You will welcome employees, visitors, contractors and guests, monitor access, respond to incidents, and support business continuity while representing the client and facilities management team.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
• A valid SIA Front-Line License – essential.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure to deadlines.
• Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Support colleagues through flexible working and cross-functional coverage during absences and peak periods.
• Assist with the onboarding and training of new FOH team members when required.
• Communicate daily operational requirements and visitor schedules to relevant teams.
• Manage and monitor all access and egress points for staff, contractors, visitors, and guests.
• Verify credentials, issue visitor passes and maintain visitor and access records.
• Maintain the integrity of reception and entrance areas, including access control systems and security barriers.
• Monitor CCTV systems and investigate suspicious activity, incidents, or unauthorised access attempts.
• Respond professionally and effectively to security breaches, alarms, emergencies, and security-related enquiries.
• Carry out opening and closing procedures to ensure the premises are secure.
• Support emergency responses, evacuations, and business continuity procedures, liaising with emergency services and building management when required.
• Awareness of emergency procedures, evacuation routes, fire safety arrangements, and business continuity plans.
• Manage site key control procedures.
• Ensure meeting rooms are prepared, and maintained to a high presentation standard.
• Conduct inspections of workplace touchpoints, including meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, printers, and communal areas
