Job summary

Holiday Inn Express and Crowne Plaza Terminal 4 in London Heathrow is seeking Night Security Officers to maintain a safe environment for guests and colleagues during night hours.

You will support the Security Manager, monitor CCTV, run patrols, check access controls, and report discrepancies. The role requires a valid SIA licence, excellent communication, calm under pressure, and a professional, team-focused approach. A 4 on 4 off shift pattern is in place with attractive staff perks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assisting our Security Manager put security measures in place for the visits of guests and VIPs to the hotel and surrounding area.
• Monitoring surveillance cameras and assisting with investigations when necessary.
• Carry out security patrols ensuring no unauthorised access in matters involving security, fire and health & safety.
• Conduct random checks of key registers and locker checks to ensure the hotel’s policies are adhered to and report on discrepancies.
• Ensure no undesirables loiter in or around the hotel premises.
• Be alert for any unusual packages, guests or vehicles and advise security manager.
