Job summary

Radisson Blu Heathrow Hotel & Conference Centre is seeking a professional Security Officer to help keep guests and staff safe on-site at our 4-star London property. You will monitor surveillance, conduct security patrols, and assist the Security Manager with safeguarding the hotel and its guests.

A valid SIA Licence is a must, and 4-star hotel experience is a real advantage. Stay calm under pressure, be a confident team player, and maintain a smart, professional appearance throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• SIA Licence is required for the role.
• Experience in security within a hotel environment is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor surveillance cameras and assist with investigations.
• Carry out security patrols to prevent unauthorised access.
• Assist Security Manager in implementing security measures.
• Conduct random checks of key registers and lockers.
• Report discrepancies and maintain hotel policy compliance.
• Be alert for suspicious packages, guests, or vehicles.

Security Officers in our team always ensure a safe and secure environment for both guests and employees of our hotel and grounds.Assisting our Security Manger put security measures in place for the hotel and surrounding area.Monitoring surveillance cameras and assisting with investigations when necessary.Carry out security patrols ensuring no unauthorised access in matters involving security, fire and health & safety.Conduct random checks of key registers and locker checks to ensure the hotel’s policies are adhered to and report on discrepancies.Ensure no undesirable loiter in or around the hotel premises.Be alert for any unusual packages, guests or vehicles and advise security manager,More about you...
