Holiday Inn Express and Crowne Plaza Terminal 4, part of the Arora Group, is seeking a housekeeping supervisor to uphold top-quality cleanliness and service. You will lead a team, perform room inspections, and mentor attendants to ensure every guest room meets our high standards.

Responsabilités

• Maintain high cleanliness standards in hotel bedrooms and bathrooms.
• Ensure rooms look well-presented after checks and cleaning.
• Clean rooms when necessary and uphold standards across the housekeeping team.
• Coach and mentor room attendants daily.
• Co-ordinate spring cleaning schedules for bedrooms and corridors.
• Maintain stock levels in housekeeping stores and proper storage.
• Engage with guests to promote loyalty and memorable experiences.

Holiday Inn Express and Crowne Plaza Terminal 4 is a dual brand hotel connected to terminal 4 via a covered walkway. It is directly connected to the underground, mainline and Elizabeth line. One side is the Holiday Inn London Heathrow Express featuring 457 bedrooms, an express bar and café, offering all-day dining with simple, honest food, and a lively bar. The other side is the upscale Crowne Plaza London- Heathrow Hotel with 304 elegant bedrooms, 13 suites and 4 high-tech meeting rooms. The hotel boasts a variety of exciting food and beverage outlets, including a Club Lounge and offers a 24-hour fitness studio. It has ample parking for both guests and employees.

A bit about what you will do

• Housekeeping supervisors in our team maintain the highest standards of cleanliness of our hotel bedrooms and bathrooms.
• They are instrumental in creating a memorable stay for each of our guests.
• Making sure all guest rooms look well-presented by performing room checks ensuring they have been cleaned to our excellent standards.
• Clean rooms when necessary, setting the standards for the housekeeping team.
• Coach, guide and mentor the room attendants daily.
• Co-ordinate spring cleaning schedules of bedrooms and corridors.
• Maintain correct stock levels in housekeeping stores and check that it is stored properly.
• Engage with guests to promote guest loyalty and memorable experiences.
