Social Interest Group (SIG) is recruiting a Night Support Coach for Bermondsey on a rolling night shift rota. You will help residents recently released from prison settle in, develop tailored support plans, and promote rehabilitation in a residential setting.

You will engage residents during the night, support them to meet license conditions, and work with a team to ensure continuity of care, risk management, and safeguarding. DBS checks and flexible hours are required.

Formación

• Understand housing and social challenges faced by people with complex needs.
• Ability to use IT systems to record case notes and email relevant people.

Responsabilidades

• Protect residents' safety and wellbeing at night.
• Engage with residents to ensure license conditions are met and plan activities.
• Complete handovers to day staff for a seamless service.
• Build trusted relationships and support residents to achieve their goals.
• Empower residents to take control over their lives and personal goals.
