Homeless Link in Bermondsey is seeking a dedicated Night Support Coach to work on a rolling night shift rota. The role focuses on helping residents who have recently left prison settle into a residential setting, developing tailored support plans, and guiding them toward successful reintegration into the community.

You will engage residents during the night, plan activities, and provide ongoing support while tracking progress and maintaining safety.

Responsabilidades

• Protecting and promoting the safety and wellbeing of residents and participants at all times.
• Engaging with residents during the night to ensure they meet their license conditions, planning activities and keeping them engaged.
• Be a reliable night shift team member, completing handovers for day colleagues for a seamless service.
• Build trusting professional relationships with residents to help them achieve goals through tailored sessions and activities.
• Focus on empowering residents to take control and meet personal goals.
