voco Oxford Spires is seeking a Receptionist to deliver a superior guest experience, from checking guests in to assisting with luggage. The role offers night shifts with occasional day and evening work, within a welcoming hotel team near the river Thames.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about delivering great service and guest focus.
• Experience in Reception, Guest Relations or Concierge roles.
• Experience handling guest queries and complaints.
• Experience with Opera PMS is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a wide hotel team.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and assist with luggage to ensure a superior guest experience.
• Deliver attentive service with a friendly and professional manner.
• Be flexible to night shifts with occasional day/evening shifts as required.
