Job summary

voco Oxford Spires, part of InterContinental Hotels Group, is recruiting a Receptionist for a flexible 16-hour week with a primary focus on night shifts. There will be occasional day and evening shifts as needed.

The position offers £14.15 per hour and opportunities to pick up extra shifts within a welcoming hotel team. Your role involves welcoming guests, checking them in, assisting with luggage, and providing information about services and local attractions.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering great service and guest focused.
• Previous experience in Receptionist, Guest Relations, Concierge.
• Experience handling guests queries and complaints.
• Willingness to learn new things and work as part of a hotel team.

Responsibilities

• Checking guests in and out, ensuring a smooth arrival experience.
• Assisting guests with luggage and directions around the hotel.
• Providing information about facilities, local area and services.
• Handling guest queries and resolving complaints with courtesy.
