Job summary

Stratford Manor Hotel & Spa in Stratford-upon-Avon, part of The QHotels Collection, is seeking a night receptionist who greets guests on arrival, handles checks in and out, and resolves guest inquiries with a friendly, professional approach.

You will work overnight to ensure guest satisfaction, with access to leisure facilities and discounts across The QHotels Collection. Live-in accommodation may be available to the right candidate.

• Ability to work with minimum supervision.

• Conflict resolution experience.

Responsibilities

What will I do?

You’ll manage the reception during the night, greeting guests upon arrival, administering check ins and check outs and ensuring all guest enquires/complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
