Job summary

Bloc Hotel Gatwick is seeking a Night Receptionist to provide warm, attentive service to guests during the night shift. You will manage check-in and check-out, answer questions about facilities and local attractions, and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

We value strong English communication, a professional appearance, and the ability to stay calm and multi-task in a busy hotel environment. Prior experience in a similar 4-star setting is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and English proficiency required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure.
• Experience in a similar 4-star hotel is advantageous.
• Opera PMS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile.
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, and local area.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Salary – £27,560 plus service charge

Holiday – 28 days holiday, enhanced after 5 years of service.
Working pattern 5 out of 7 days. 23:00 - 07:30
