The Franklin London, part of Starhotels UK, is seeking a Night Receptionist for the Front Office team. You will provide a warm, professional welcome to guests during overnight hours, assist with late check-ins/early check-outs, and manage guest inquiries to ensure a seamless, safe night operation.

You will maintain strong product knowledge, handle reservations, and perform night audit procedures, working closely with colleagues across departments to uphold Starhotels UK standards and guest

The Role

The Night Receptionist plays a crucial part in our success.

As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for delivering a warm, professional, and personalized welcome to our guests during overnight hours. You will assist with late check-ins and early check-outs, handle guest enquiries, and ensure the smooth and secure operation of the Front Office throughout the night, creating a seamless and memorable guest experience.

You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of product knowledge, managing reservations and guest requests efficiently, completing night audit procedures, and ensuring all front office processes are carried out in line with our standards.

As part of the operational team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across departments to ensure the overall success of Starhotels UK.
