Job summary

Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London is seeking a Guest Services Host/ess to welcome guests and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience. You will be the first and last point of contact, delivering friendly, attentive service.

Responsibilities focus on handling guest requests promptly, maintaining high English communication standards, and embodying our values of Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm and Care. Prior experience as a Switchboard Operator or Guest Services Host/ess is desirable.

The ideal candidate for the Guest Services Host/ess role will:
