Job summary

Travelodge Haydock St. Helens is seeking a Night Reception Team Member on a Part Time contract. You will be part of a fun, supportive and family-feel team with flexible working to suit everyone. No experience required as we can coach you through everything you need to know.

Your role includes welcoming guests, checking them in, walking the corridors, dealing with noise issues, and preparing the hotel for the next day with housekeeping and breakfast prep, plus occasional bar service.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Welcoming guests and checking them in is a core responsibility.
• Opportunity to progress via Aspire Programme to management roles.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and check them in at the hotel reception.
• Walk the corridors to ensure security and order, and respond to noise complaints or evictions as needed.
• Set up hotel for the next day: prepare housekeeping trolleys and breakfast prep, and occasionally serve behind the bar.

Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you'll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you'll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times
