Job summary

Travelodge Warminster is seeking a Night Reception Team Member on a Part Time contract. You will welcome guests, check them in, and help prepare the hotel for the next day. The role includes walking the corridors, handling noise issues, and assisting with breakfast prep and bar service when required.

No prior experience is needed as we provide full coaching and a friendly, supportive team environment with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training provided.
• Part-time hours with flexible working.
• Night-shift role focusing on guest check-ins and hotel setup.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and check them into the hotel.
• Walk corridors to monitor conditions and address issues.
• Deal with noise complaints and evictions when necessary.
• Set up the hotel for the next day and prepare housekeeping trolleys.
• Prep for breakfast service and occasionally serve behind the bar.

Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you'll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you'll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times.
