Job summary

Travelodge Bristol Avonmouth is hiring a Night Reception Team Member on a Part Time contract. You will be welcoming guests and checking them in, and you may walk corridors and handle noise issues or evictions. You’ll also help prepare the hotel for the next day, including housekeeping trolley setups and breakfast prep, with occasional bar service.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided, and there is a supportive team with flexible hours and opportunities to progress.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, check them in at the reception.
• Walk the hotel corridors as part of security and upkeep.
• Address noise complaints and evictions when they occur.
• Set up the hotel for the next day, including housekeeping trolley prep.
• Prepare for breakfast service and assist behind the bar when needed.

Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you’ll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times\”
