Job summary

Travelodge Poole North is looking for a friendly Night Reception Team Member on a part-time contract. You will welcome guests, check them in, and help ensure a smooth overnight experience in a fun, supportive team.

You'll also walk the corridors, respond to issues like noise complaints and evictions, and set up the hotel for the next day—prepping housekeeping trolleys, breakfast service, and occasionally serving behind the bar.

We have regular rewards and recognition activities such as 'FAB Fridays' and 'Housekeeping Heroes'. Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you'll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you'll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times
