Job summary

Travelodge Newark-on-Trent is hiring a Part Time Night Reception Team Member. You will welcome guests, check them in, patrol corridors, handle noise issues, and assist with evictions when needed.

You'll also prepare the hotel for the next day: restock housekeeping trolleys, prep breakfast service, and occasionally serve behind the bar. Full training provided and opportunities to progress via Aspire Programme.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Willingness to learn and assist guests.
• Reliable team player with flexible availability.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and checking them in.
• Walk the corridors, address noise issues and evictions when needed.
• Prepare hotel for the next day: restock housekeeping trolleys and prep breakfast.
• Occasionally serve behind the bar as required.

Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you’ll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you’ll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times
