Job summary

Travelodge Ipswich Central is seeking a Night Reception Team Member on a part-time contract. You will welcome guests and check them in, and you may walk the corridors to address issues such as noise complaints or evictions.

Your day ends with preparing the hotel for the next day, including housekeeping trolleys and breakfast prep, and you may serve behind the bar at times. We offer a friendly, supportive team with flexible working to suit everyone and opportunities to progress through the Aspire

• No experience required for this role, we can coach and teach you everything you need to know!

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and checking them in.
• Walking the corridors to monitor guest areas and address issues (e.g., noise complaints, evictions).
• Setting up the hotel for the next day, including preparing housekeeping trolleys and prepping for breakfast service.
• Able to serve behind the bar at times.

Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you'll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you'll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times
