Job summary

Travelodge Derby Pride Park is hiring a Night Reception Team Member on a part-time contract. You will welcome guests, check them in, and help maintain a friendly, efficient hotel environment.

No experience is required as full training is provided. The role offers flexible hours and opportunities to progress through our Aspire Programme and team incentives.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and check them in at the hotel reception.
• Walk the corridors at intervals to monitor noise and handle any issues such as disturbances or evictions.
• Prepare for the next day by setting up housekeeping trolleys and assisting with breakfast service, including occasional bar service.

Job Responsibilities:

We have regular rewards and recognition activities such as 'FAB Fridays' and 'Housekeeping Heroes'. Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you'll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you'll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times.
