Travelodge Bristol Cribbs Causeway is seeking a Night Reception Team Member for a full-time shift. You’ll welcome guests, check them in, and help ensure a smooth overnight operation in a friendly, supportive team environment.

No prior experience is required; we coach and train you on everything you need to know. You’ll contribute to a great guest experience, manage late-night requests, and help prepare the hotel for the next day.

Responsabilidades

• Welcoming guests and checking them into the hotel.
• Walking the corridors at regular intervals and addressing noise complaints and evictions as needed.
• Setting up the hotel for the next day, including preparing housekeeping trolleys, prepping for breakfast service and occasionally serving behind the bar.

We have regular rewards and recognition activities such as ‘FAB Fridays’ and ‘Housekeeping Heroes’. Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you’ll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you’ll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times”
